Telepathy, Synchronous Dreams, Prayer, and Extraterrestrials

In a round about way I discovered one of the readers of this blog claimed to have been in close contact with extraterrestrials, under a setting involving the U.S. military.  However this person is not allowed to discuss details as there were certain security oaths signed. This person mentioned something strange: when one comes close to an extraterrestrial, communication can begin to take place through telepathy. For them, non-verbal communication through telepathy is the norm. So I thought I would discuss the matter of telepathy and related phenomenon, such as synchronous dreaming and prayer. For thoughts are not just thoughts, they have a spiritual reality and the thoughts we accept as truth has the power to change one's life. For without exception, we all act according to the truth that we know and accept. You shall know the truth, and the truth will set you free.

If this sounds unlikely, this is the age of the internet, and it now becomes possible to get in touch with people from across the world, and one or two people who have had a face to face encounter have gotten in touch with me through this blog.

Another related phenomenon to telepathy, perhaps the same, is synchronous dreaming. People have found who share their dreams, that often in the same night they would have the same dream on the same subject.  As in dreams we shutdown our external senses, it is more likely that telepathy would occur more often during this time of sleep. It sounds bizarre, but if you remember your dreams, and share them with friends and family who do the same, you will find this is quite common.

At this time I thought I would share a synchronous dream experience: after I published the article The Extraterrestrial Christianity of UMMO, I had this very strange dream. I saw a man, who looked human. He looked at me, and began to rapidly shift between different forms of communication, first telepathic, then he opened his mouth, and the noises were very strange. He was speaking in languages I never heard of, some were in very high pitched noises and it was very strange. It was when he opened his mouth to speak I then realized he was not from this earth. The thought in his mind was that he was trying to determine if I myself was just an ordinary human, or extraterrestrial. He seemed to lose interest at the end of the dream when I did not understand or respond.

A strange dream, and would have forgotten about it, but that very day another person told me her dream: a voice came to her as the dream was showing various people in American neighborhoods. The voice said, or thought, "Do not be upset with them, for they are not human." And by that the voice meant that many people in the U.S. have lost their humanity, they have lost any love or interest they have in other people. Their entire thought was self absorbed interest. They only interact or show interest in others if they have self-gain from the relationship. The thought came to her that these people were just superficial flat images, all they do is eat and poof, eat and poof. They were not truly human.

So, not exactly about human and extraterrestrials, but both dreams concerned trying to determine if someone was human or not. What is humanity anyway? It is said that God created man in his own likeness and image. When Swedenborg read this passage, he was shown that in the spiritual sense it meant we are God's image and likeness insomuch as we do good according to His will, from the thoughts according to the truth. Inasmuch as we act according to His will, we become His image. It has nothing to do with someone's external appearance.

So, a synchronous dream. Coincidence? My thoughts coming into her thoughts or vice versa? Ot telepathy perhaps?

PROOF OF TELEPATHY

So is there any proof that telepathy exists? I had earlier written about a Scientific Proof of Biological Precognition. Also, there is a remarkable case of a subject retrieving information written on a paper by having an out of body experience during sleep - see Astral Projection and Out of the Body Experiences (OOBE).  A friend of mine, who often teaches classes on ancient symbolism and dream interpretation, decided to do an experiment of his own. He had a person step out of the class, go somewhere, and stare at an object intensely to communicate it back to the class. Then he told the entire class to write down on a piece of paper the first thing that popped into their mind. After 10 seconds, he said STOP. The amazing thing, each student was able to describe a different aspect of what this other student saw. Not only that, but each pair of students sitting next to each other seemed to have almost exactly the same information - for one pair it was color, for another pair it was shape, etc. It was as if some hidden angel was controlling what each pair of student received in their head.

So what about a scientific controlled experiment? One in fact took place on the psychic Uri Geller. From Physicists Test Telepathy In a 'Cheat-Proof' Setting:

Scientists at the Stanford research Institute who conducted experiments with a number of persons, including Uri Geller, the magician and purported psychic, report that Mr. Geller, and probably most people. have an ability to send and receive information by some "as yet unidentified perceptual modality."
Despite the publicity that as been given to Mr. Geller's contention that he has the ability to bend metal or move objects by mental power alone, the researchers said in the generally conservative journal Nature that they were unable to confirm the authenticity of such feats under conditions that eliminated the possibility of deception.
Although several professional magicians have duplicated many of Mr. Geller's feats by using sleight-of-hand techniques, the S.R.I. scientists said in a telephone interview that their current report was based on experiments in which trickery would seem to be unlikely.
The scientists said they had consulted professional magicians in designing their experiments to be as "cheat proof" as possible.
Mr. Geller was seated in a room with metal walls capable of insulating it from external sights, sounds and radio waves, the scientists said.
Random Selection.
Outside that room, the researchers opened a dictionary at random, looked down the list of entries for the first word that could be depicted graphically and then drew a picture corresponding to the word.
Mr. Geller's task was to draw a similar picture. The researchers said he was never told who would select the picture or how it would be done.
In nine such experiments, Mr. Geller produced seven drawings or sets of drawings. All of Mr. Geller's responses, which were published in the Nature article alongside the researchers' drawings showed some degree of correspondence to the target pictures. Most showed remarkable similarity.
In the two instances in which Mr. Geller did not produce a drawing, he had been fitted with brain wave recording electrodes that, he said, interfered with his ability.
In a 10th experiment, the drawing was placed in the sealed room before Mr. Geller's arrival. Later, when asked to reproduce the drawing he was unable to do so.
In three additional experiments, images that could be displayed by computer were stored in the machine's memory, known only to the programer. Mr. Geller, in the sealed room during the selection and programing of the image, produced drawings that all bore some degree of similarity.
From these experiments, among others, the scientists, Russell Targ and Dr Harold Puthoff, concluded that Mr. Geller did indeed possess telepathic ability.

TELEPATHY BY DREAMING

In another experiment, scientists attempted to test the existence of telepathy during the dream state while people were sleeping. From Scientists Demonstrate Remarkable Evidence Of Dream Telepathy Between People:

In the mid 1960’s, Montague Ullman, MD, began a number of experiments at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York to test the hypothesis that sleeping people could dream about randomly selected material that they were targeting to dream about. In other words, they could choose what they wanted to dream about, some examples include artwork, movies, photographs and more. Shortly after these experiments began, she was joined by Stanley Krippner. Krippner is a PhD., and professor of psychology at Saybrook University, he has a very impressive background when it comes to the scientific study of dreams, psychology and parapsychology.
The experiments they conducted lasted a span of more than 10 years, and “yielded statistically significant results.”
During the experiments, there was usually a “telepathic sender” and a “telepathic receiver.” They met in the laboratory for a short period of time before being placed in completely separate rooms just before they went to sleep. The “telepathic” sender had an envelope waiting for them in the room in which they’d sleep. The envelope would contain something like a picture or a drawing. The “receivers” were then purposely awakened shortly after Rapid Eye Movement sleep (REM) and the researchers took a dream report.

So how "statistically significant" is significant?  The results go beyond coincidence. In one session, the target was the picture School of Dance by Degas:

According to Krippner, the “receivers” dream reports included such phrases as “I was in a class made up of maybe half a dozen people, it felt like a school,” and “There was one little girl that was trying to dance with me.” These results are extremely fascinating, the idea that one can influence another’s dream is quite remarkable. Although we might not understand the process behind the transfer of information, and we can’t see this transfer take place from mind to mind, the phenomenon was well documented and real, yet void of any scientific understanding or explanation. This is quite common when we examine scientific studies that have evaluated parapsychological phenomena. It’s real, observed, yet we don’t quite understand ‘how.’

Now I am beginning to wonder about that synchronous dream that I had. I was completely unaware of this experiment.

EXTRATERRESTRIAL CONTACTEE TELEPATHY

If we look at reports of extraterrestrial contacts, especially some in the early 1950s, it becomes apparent that not only are they far advanced in technology but also at the mental and spiritual level. For them, communication via telepathy is the norm, and verbal communication may be awkward. For us, the thought of someone reading our thoughts may be a bit uncomfortable. Not only for us, but probably for them as well.  One group had said something like, "If you come into contact with us, think good thoughts."  It may get to the point where it could become unbearable for them, for so many have negative and jealous thoughts.  Dannion Brinkley had a Near Death Experience after he survived from being struck by lightning, and found that for a period of time after he realized he had picked up an ability to read people's thoughts. And so many thoughts were thoughts of negativity and depression.

In report after report of contactees, the concept of telepathy as a form of communication comes up. And this is just bound to make government officials who wish to keep state secretes a bit uncomfortable. Bob Dean, retired from the U.S. military, mentions one meeting where U.S. Generals were shocked to discover that among the UFOs there were four races who had been observing us, one of them was human just like us. They even thought of scenarios where they could be walking up and down the halls of the Pentagon or even the White House and no one would no it. I will mention one account of an encounter with a high level British official, from Eisenhower and His Alien Contacts: Part 2:

The reported UK alien contact was made with Air Marshall Sir Peter Horsley who had been Deputy Commander-in-Chief, RAF Strike Command. In this key position Horsley would have had a key control role related to the nuclear weapons held by the British. At the time of the alien contact he was in the employ of Her Majesty the Queen and His Royal Highness Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, as equerry.Part of Horsley’s job was to receive UFO reports at the main operations center at the Department of Defense. He reported that gave some of these reports to the Prince Philip who had developed an interest in the subject.It was late in his life that Horsley related that his involvement with UFOs involved much more than reports. He told researchers about what he believed to be a 1954 direct alien encounter. He recounted the experience in his autobiography Sounds from Another Room.The meeting was set up by a mysterious General Martin who told Horsley he believed “the aliens were here to warn us of the perils of nuclear war.” The General told him that a Mr. Janus had a “message of the utmost importance” that needed to be discussed with Horsley in person.When Horsley arrived at the appointed meeting spot General Martin was not there but there was a Mrs. Markham at the apartment who welcomed Horsley and introduced him to a Mr. Janus.Janus asked Horsley what he knew about UFOs and after many questions Horsley asked Janus what his interest was. “I would like to meet the Duke of Edinburgh,” came the reply.As Horsley began to tell Janus that this would not be easy he became convinced that the man seated across from him was able to read his mind which disturbed him.Asked why he wanted to meet with the Prince, Janus replied that the Prince “is a man of great vision…who believes strongly in the proper relationship between man and nature which will prove of great importance in future galactic harmony.”
Janus went on to tell Horsley that mankind was “now striving to break his earthly bonds and travel to the moon and the planets beyond…the earth is going through a Dark Age at the moment where material possessions count more than a Man’s soul…”Janus spoke of the “dreadful specter of (mankind) blowing up his world” which was the other thing that really disturbed Horsley. In conversations with Tim Good Horsley recalled that this extraordinary man “knew all Britain’s top-secret nuclear secrets,” and “by the end of the meeting, I was quit disturbed, really.”
Horsley prepared a verbatim report of the meeting and presented it to Buckingham Palace. Prince Philip’s private secretary thought it was a joke, but the prince had an open mind about the event. The fact that Janus knew all Britain’s nuclear secrets made the Palace consider the situation a security risk and Horsley was sent back to talk to Janus again. When he arrived at the flat where the meeting had been the flat was abandoned, which really disturbed Horsley. Horsley never saw General Martin, Mrs. Markham, or Janus again. It led Horsley to conclude the man he had met with was an alien.Although Horsley recorded the incident in his autobiography, the official file of the event remains classified and unavailable.

In many of these reported contacts, these extraterrestrials invent names for themselves. The name "Mr. Janus" is quite interesting.  Completely independent from this account a family with their children were abducted one night from their car by a flying saucer, which was piloted by humans like us. This also took place in Britain, but in the late 1970s. They reported that they came from a planet that had died, and the name of their planet was JANOS. See Stephen Hawking and the Extraterrestrial Janos Affair.

There is evidence that the U.S. military is quite aware of this telepathic communication, and have in their military people serving that are "telepathic sensitives." One of them was Sergeant Clifford Stone who served in the military until 1989. See the following clip, in which he reports of his encounters of extraterrestrials, among whom there is a group of extraterrestrials who look human like us. The only difference he could discern was that in a dark room they would be able to tell you the color of an object that could not be seen:

EMANUEL SWEDENBORG AND HIS EXTRATERRESTRIAL CONTACTS

Telepathy and extraterrestrials are topics that became well known only in the 20th century.  Yet in the 18th century, Swedenborg spoke freely about both topics, which were revealed to him in waking visions.  For extraterrestrials, contact was initiated by him in a manner similar to telepathy. The ones he came into touch with were human in form like us. But more often than not, communication with them was non-verbal. Swedenborg does not mention the word telepathy, but seems to describe something very close to it. Among the ones he contacted he thought they lived on Venus and Mars, which at first seems like false information. There is no way humans could have independently evolved on those planets. But that is a separate a long story, for which see Extraterrestrial Contact from Tau Ceti, Venus and Mars. In several contacts they have said human history goes back much longer than we think, and many civilizations have come and gone before this present one.

"Exterior speech is that of articulate sound finding its way to the external membrane of the ear, whence it is conveyed, by means of little organs, membranes, and fibres which are within the ear, into the brain. I was permitted to know from this, that the speech of the inhabitants of Mars was different from that of the inhabitants of our earth, that is to say, in being not sonorous, but almost tacit, insinuating itself into the interior hearing and sight by a shorter way; and being such, it was more perfect, and more full of the ideas of thought, thus approaching nearer to the speech of spirits and angels. The very affection of the speech is also represented with them in the face, and its thought in the eyes; for the thought and the speech, also the affection and the face, with them act as one. They regard it as wicked to think one thing and speak another, and to will one thing and show another in the face. They do not know what hypocrisy is, nor what fraudulent pretence and deceit are." (Earths in the Universe, n. 87, in The Final Judgment)

Hypocrisy and deceit, common on earth, is unknown to them. Thus it is perhaps due to sin that we have become separated from the spiritual world - according to Swedenborg this very form of tacit communication used to be common among ancient man before the fall of Adam and the flood (see The Hidden Meaning of Noah's Ark and the Flood, in which the same thing was said in another contact.)  But the above account is perhaps one of the earliest - from the 18th century - which associates telepathic communication with those of extraterrestrials.

HIGHER DIMENSIONS AND THE SPIRITUAL WORLD

So what is the explanation for such things as telepathy and clairvoyance? The answer to that is that there are higher dimensions than space-time, where space-time disappears and there is only similarity of state. In fact, in higher physics it almost becomes necessary to have higher dimensions to solve some intractable mathematical problems. For the beginning of the universe, it is now acknowledged by scientists that it began from a point of singularity, after which space and time were created. In Newtonian physics, space and time were absolutes, but now science recognizes that space and time are created things. If these higher dimensions exists, being physical beings, these higher dimensions are present inside of us.

In the 18th century, when Swedenborg's internal spiritual vision was opened, he saw that in the spiritual world there was no such thing as space and time - they did not exist.  Instead of space and time, there were states of love and thought. The closer you feel to a person, the closer you will appear to that person in the spiritual world. The more distant you feel to a person, the more distance would appear in the spiritual world. In other words, instead of space and time, it is all a matter of internal states of mind and feeling. This is what I guess is the origin of telepathy - interaction must be initiated by one's interest or love for the other person. If there is no love, one's mind will remain closed. For we are spiritual beings clothed in an external spiritual body, but for many of us, we have become so immersed in our external senses that our internal senses have become lost to us.

The other point Swedenborg saw is that the spiritual world itself originates from Divine consciousness, which is everywhere present.  Thus if telepathic contact is available between two people, it is available between each person and the Divine. This Divine is constantly flowing into our mind and manifests in us via good in the will and truth in the thoughts, but it is blocked by love for material things:

"This may also be known by every one, if he reflects, from his own experience; for, as far as he is removed from corporeal and worldly things, he is so far in a spiritual idea, that is, is elevated toward heaven; as is the case when he is in any holy worship, when in any temptation, also when in misfortune or in sickness. That corporeal and worldly things, that is, the loves of them, are then removed, is known. The reason is what has been stated, that what is heavenly and spiritual from the Lord continually flows in; but evil and thence falsity, and falsity and thence evil, which flow in from corporeal and worldly things, are what hinder its being received." (Heavenly Arcana, n. 2411.2)

If one withdraws from outward material things, and start to pay attention to one's internal thoughts and intuitions, and dreams, withdrawing inward, away from self and love towards others, one will be surprised with the insights one may receive.

Extraterrestrial Contact with Koldas

I just read an interesting work called UFO Contact from Planet Koldas, describing a series of contacts with human extraterrestrials.  This took place over a 20 year period, with recordings and thousand of hours of transcripts, by an electrician in South Africa. This case has multiple witnesses who observed and witnessed the communication, and like other cases, it has interference from government officials - who took the radio and said that communication with aliens was "not allowed." More so then any other contact, these transmissions reveal their purpose and intent, why they keep hidden, what the government knows, and why they have a policy of non-interference. This account contains several answers to questions brought up in previous posts on the topic.

ADVANCED SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE OF OUR SOLAR SYSTEM

Throughout the book I was looking for something that was a verifiable fact - knowledge that was given that could not have possibly been faked, for anyone who does not want to depend on multiple witness accounts.  In Extraterrestrial Contacts by HAM Radio (from 1952), the transmission showed knowledge of the (dwarf) planet Eris discovered in 2005, which they called Patras:

"You have more than nine planets in your Solar System. Patras is next beyond Pluto, and there are twelve all told.'"

This is impressive, but nothing compares to the knowledge that was revealed in the UMMO documents: not only did they know of the planet Eris beyond Pluto, but gave its approximate (if not exact) distance from the Sun - which is explained in detail in the post The Extraterrestrial Christianity of UMMO (which is admittedly the weirdest blog post I have ever written).  In UFO Contact from Planet Koldas, the transmissions make the bizarre claim that the the moon Triton which orbits Neptune is an "artificial" moon which is inhabitable under its surface. Indeed, the odd thing about Triton is that it has a retrograde orbit, which have led scientists to speculate that it was captured by Neptune from the Kuiper belt. But the account makes the following statements (published in 1986):

"Triton resembles an enormous transparent globe. The conditions inside are as near as possible a copy of the ones on Earth, but more pure. ...The upper half of Triton is enclosed by a transparent dome which allows the sun to penetrate into the interior. These rays are amplified 1020 times to give them the same intensity as on Earth and one would see the sky as one does down here. Air is generated, and so is water but there is no pollution. This makes for a very pure atmosphere. The lower half of the planet is filled with soil."

Other than its orbit, practically nothing was known about the moon Triton until Voyager 2 made a flyby of it in 1989.  And here is what Triton looks like:

So what is the surface topology of the moon Triton? Well, very interesting indeed. The above shot shows Triton's south pole, below a smoother region of dirty ice known as "cantaloupe terrain." According to wikipedia, the "dark streaks across Triton's south polar cap surface, [are] thought to be dust deposits left by eruptions of nitrogen geysers." Here is a close up shot of the south pole of Triton:

These dust deposits in the southern hemisphere are caused by erupting geysers:

"Each eruption of a Triton geyser may last up to a year, driven by the sublimation of about 100 million cubic metres (3.5×10^9 cu ft) of nitrogen ice over this interval; dust entrained may be deposited up to 150 km downwind in visible streaks, and perhaps much farther in more diffuse deposits. Voyager's images of Triton's southern hemisphere show many such streaks of dark material. ...The southern polar region of Triton is covered by a highly reflective cap of frozen nitrogen and methane sprinkled by impact craters and openings of geysers. Little is known about the north pole because it was on the night side during the Voyager 2 encounter."

We don't know much about the northern hemisphere, but compare what we know of Triton from Voyager 2 in 1989, compared to what was published in 1986: "The lower half of the planet is filled with soil."

And what of Triton's transparency? Wikipedia states: "Triton has a considerably high albedo, reflecting 60–95% of the sunlight that reaches it. By comparison, the Moon reflects only 11%."

What of Triton's interior? It may actually harbour life:

"Because Triton's surface indicates a long history of melting, models of its interior posit that Triton is differentiated, like Earth, into a solid core, a mantle and a crust. Water, the most abundant volatile in the Solar System, comprises Triton's mantle, which lies over a core of rock and metal. There is enough rock in Triton's interior for radioactive decay to power convection in the mantle. The heat may even be sufficient to maintain a subterranean ocean similar to that which is hypothesized to exist underneath the surface of Europa. If present, a layer of liquid water would suggest the possibility of life."

Moreover, the transmission said this about Triton:

"...clouds float in the Tritonian sky and even gentle  thunderstorms..."

So, is this true, what did Voyager 2 find about Triton? As it turns out, Voyager 2 confirmed that: Nitrogen ice particles form clouds in the troposphere a few kilometers above the surface of Triton. Here is a shot of some of the clouds of Triton:

PREDICTION OF GLOBAL WARMING AND FLOODS

One of the transmissions contains a prediction, which at the time was just speculation (or just denied by the government at the time):

"Another warning of impending change came from Novak an inhabitant of Epicot. "We have never said that the end is near, but now we are saying it."

"He  then  outlined  some  of  the  changes  that may be expected on Earth. There is a possibility of another flood as previously recorded in the Bible. He said this more than two years ago and yet the predictions have, so far, not taken place. 

""Earth will get warmer," Novak said, "Upper layers of  the atmosphere are getting thinner due to man-made conditions, and the layer shielding the earth will deteriorate and cause slow melting of the polar ice-caps. A few degrees rise in temperature will raise the level of the oceans on a global scale.""

Is this prediction coming true? Yes. From Scientists Warn of Rising Oceans From Polar Melt:

The rise of the sea is likely to continue to be relatively slow for the rest of the 21st century, the scientists added, but in the more distant future it may accelerate markedly, potentially throwing society into crisis.
“This is really happening,” Thomas P. Wagner, who runs NASA’s programs on polar ice and helped oversee some of the research, said in an interview. “There’s nothing to stop it now. But you are still limited by the physics of how fast the ice can flow.”

OTHER INDEPENDENT CONTACT ACCOUNTS

This contact bears similarities to other cases of contact in separate areas of the world, where many had kept these contacts private. The method of contact by radio is similar to that described in  Extraterrestrial Contacts by HAM Radio from 1954. Moreover there is also a kind of mental contact that is almost exactly the same as Extraterrestrial Contact in 1952: the Case of Orfeo Angelucci. In fact, the content is so similar it looks like it is the same group of human extraterrestrials. The material explains why they have withdrawn, and why contacts are so few. In fact, they explain a withdrawal from underground earth bases that occurred in the late 70s, which is exactly what happened at exactly the same time to another group of human extraterrestrials as described in UFO Secret: The Friendship Case, Voltaire, and Germain - who also used a modified radio. The contact group in Italy kept this secret until recently (2005).

Another parallel is with the UMMO case, which is mentioned in the post The Extraterrestrial Christianity of UMMO.  Many of their statements have been scientifically confirmed years later, but one has not: they speak of a parallel universe, which may explain theories regarding anti-matter and dark matter. The contacts from Koldas also speak of a parallel universe.

For those who look, there is plenty of proof, we have multiple accounts from independent witnesses that confirm each other. But my biggest surprise came when I realized information may have been provided here concerning another case, The Janos People, published in 1980:

That book was published in 1980. As far as I can tell, UFO Contact from Planet Koldas was published in 1986. However much of the book was finished before 1983, and material was drawn from transcripts that preceded the year 1980. So they are truly independent. I discussed the Janos case in Stephen Hawking and the Extraterrestrial Janos Affair and again in The Extraterrestrial Janos Affair and a HUGE UFO near the Sun. The part that puzzled me most was that these extraterrestrial humans stated that they come from our distant past: they had left our solar system many ages ago, and settled on a far away planet they called JANOS. The planet JANOS was orbited by a moon called SATON. There they lived until the moon SATON decayed and broke up falling onto the planet's surface, causing a nuclear disaster on the surface. The story is implausible: how could an advanced race originate from our solar system in the distant past?

As it turns out, the transmissions in UFO Contact from Planet Koldas may contain the answer to this mystery, where the Janos people may again be mentioned. However they are not called the Janos people; instead, they are called the SITONIANS.  This, of course, is very close to the name of the moon SATON. So what was said about the Sitonians? They were strong allies with those of Koldas, and were helping them patrol the area around earth. One Sitonian they spoke with was Zybo. He revealed that the Sitonians first originated not from earth, but the planet Mars:

"Zybo had just arrived in time at the relay posi­tion. He spoke briefly about their new planet Siton and how different it was from Mars, their old home planet in our solar system."

Why did they leave Mars? These quotes explain:

"According to the Koldasians, our Mars, in the past, had a technologically advanced civilization which destroyed itself in a nuclear holocaust that left it a lifeless hulk. The remnant of the Martian race, according to them, is now on Siton, a planet of the Confederation..."

According to the Janos people, they had to leave their planet Janos after the moon Saton broke up. So perhaps the moon Saton had been named after another planet they settled, Siton? There is further information on the ancient history of Mars:

"...Even in ancient times Mars was called the  'god of war' and rightly so for it was indeed a warlike planet. Its present desolate appearance is the result of nuclear warfare which brought life on the surface to an end. Our scientists are of the opinion that Mars is now slowly recovering its balance or equilibrium and one day it will again be able to support life as it did in the past."

"Atra then briefly sketched the early history of the race that once inhabited Mars. Where the Martians came from  was  only  later  explained.  He  described  Mars as a thriving planet in spite of its meager water resources. It never had the seas and oceans of Earth, but almost waterless encircling deserts with the inevitable dust-storms,  which  divided Mars  into two  inhabitable regions. These were centered around the two poles... The Martian civilization was therefore divided into two sections,  the  North  and  the  South,  each  with  its own cities, industry and agriculture however there were distinct differences between them. The North had more abundant water and more fertile soil yielding better  harvests. The South was rich in minerals and metals, and their industry and technology outstripped these developments in the North. The South also developed space travel  earlier,  and although  they did not travel deeply into space, they did travel to the two moons. Eventually intense rivalry and friction developed between these two regions. The South, the more aggressive, developed atom­ic power before the North, and a struggle for control of the whole planet developed. The Northemers feared their opponents' superior weapons and an arms race was the result which turned into an explosive situation when the South gained complete control of the two moons from where guided missiles were trained on the North."

"Then  one  terrible night," continued Atra,  "the South nation struck!" A giant warhead containing missiles, each of which was capable of destroying an area of at least 160 kilometers in diameter, was launched from one of the moons. More missiles were launched from the other moon. It was almost total destruction for the North and the  South  thought  they had  triumphed.  But somehow an unexpected chain reaction exploded large stocks of such weapons  which  the  South  had  stored.  As  the  giant arsenals exploded, shock after shock rocked the planet. Fires started by the devastation raged for weeks. When these died down the greater ordeal began for those who survived the initial blasts. Radiation killed many, and more died from starvation as the food and water supplies were contaminated. Then intense radiation storms scarred the planet, searing its surface.

  "The handful of survivors,  shocked and stunned by the ghastly ordeal, then began 'Operation Survival'. All they could do at  the  time was  to go underground -beneath the surface to escape the poisons of destructive radiation. Settlements, and later cities, were built below the surface and power was generated to illuminate the underground cities. Food was grown underground in sealed transparent  containers  to prevent  contamination. The entire underground world was sealed off from the surface of the planet."

"Atra said that due to these new conditions the Mar­tian race changed and a new subterranean civilization emerged. What had been the surface was left to the elements and the harsh atmospheric conditions which changed the face of Mars to that which man on earth sees today. The devastating dust-storms which now rage there have long since erased all traces of the ancient Martian civilizations. In the polar regions, the large icecaps disappeared  although  there  is  still  a certain amount of frost. After many generations of subterranean existence, it seemed that human beings could adapt to the dire en­vironmental conditions with scant food and water supp­lies.  But the pressure of increasing population forced their leaders to look for a new planet.

"New space vehicles, capable of entering deep space, had  been  developed  and  exploratory  expeditions  were launched  in all  directions.  Atra said  that Earth too was considered. They marvelled at our planet, the green plains  and  hills  and  the  mountains  and... all  that water!  But  they decided  to continue  their search and after seven years, with the help of the Confederation, a virgin planet was found. It was named Siton, the plan­et of hope."

Remember, this book was published in 1986.  Back in that day scientists were of the opinion that there was no water on Mars. Now that changed: not only is there water on Mars, but used to have a lot more. It used to have a heavier atmosphere, and was once more inhabitable than it is today. But what about nuclear weapons and radioactivity? As it turns out, scientists have confirmed that there is radioactivity on the surface of Mars. And they don't know where it comes from. This was discussed in Extraterrestrial Contacts by HAM Radio. Moreover, a Russian satellite found evidence of a heat signature of a city under the surface of Mars, and captured an image of a UFO as it approached the moon Phobos orbiting Mars.

Another point to be considered here: in the account of the Janos people, it may be in fact that under hypnosis the witnesses may have gotten the story wrong. The planet JANOS may in fact be the planet Mars itself. The destruction of the planet JANOS described is very similar to this account of the destruction of Mars. In the Janos affair, a moon breaks up, falls to the planet, causes a nuclear chain reaction which pollutes the entire planet, and the population then goes underground. It is almost the exact same story as presented for the Sitonians. In the account given by the Koldasians, they gave it from what they knew of their records, and as it happened many millenia ago that may also explain the difference in the account.

Two independent accounts, similar name (Saton and Siton), similar story. Perhaps the speculations of a former civilization on Mars are in fact true? One wonders, just how far ahead is the Mars One program to settle Mars?

WHAT ABOUT CATTLE MUTILATIONS AND ABDUCTIONS?

We here less and less of these friend extraterrestrial contacts beginning in the 1950s, until nowadays its all about missing time, abductions, and cattle mutilations.  These transmissions from Koldas explain why there are less reports of these friendly contacts, for they had to make a withdrawal. In Extraterrestrial Contacts by HAM Radio, they warned about another extraterrestrial race from Orion who had come to conquer. That this is the race that abduct people against their will, can be seen from The Orion Messages of Stan Romanek. This leads to apparent psychological issues in the victims, which Harvard professor John Mack had uncovered in a few of his cases. In UFO Contact from Planet Koldas, they do not mention Orion, but they do mention a similar adversary which they call the "Outer Worlds" which is outside their Confederation. According to the transmissions they are very active and have infiltrated our society:

""You must realize by now that your planet is very important to us. If the Outer Worlds have their way and destroy your planet physically,  it would have serious consequences in both Universes! But they will avoid committing this act themselves. They will not come here in force for this would be violating one of the most cherished laws of the Confederation-- the attack of another planet. But unfortunately, they have found a way of getting around this. You, men of Earth, will destroy your own planet for them!  It will seem as though the Outer Worlds had nothing to do with it."(They patiently wait) "But," Zyloo continued, "if Earth were to suffer such a fate,  indeed,  it would mean a great deal to the anti-world. For the one Universe keeps the other in balance. The two Universes rotate in opposite directions and the masses comprising systems are in delicate balance.""

This idea of two parallel Universes that are linked to each other may in fact explain dark matter - in fact most of the mass in our Universe may be dark matter - about 4.5% of our Universe is ordinary matter from our periodic table, 23% is dark matter, and the rest is dark energy. Dark matter cannot be seen, but interacts with our universe through gravitation. Dark matter theories began to appear in the early 1980s but were not so well known to the public, and these transmissions date from before that time.

Returning to these extraterrestrials from the "Outer Worlds" - the transmissions confirm that they are the ones responsible for not only cattle mutilations, but also human abductions and human mutilations:

"There is the grisly account of the interception of some  Outer World craft while returning from a journey to earth... Investigation revealed human-beings  Men and women  had been used in medical experiments. Some were still alive; others were dead, their bodies dismembered and dissected. There were collections of human and ani­mal  organs;  limbs,  feet,  tongues,  genital  organs and other parts of the anatomy. Human prisoners of different races were found alive in cages so small that there was room for standing only."

This was hardly known at the time of the transmissions. Cattle mutiliations began to come out in the public in the U.S. in the 1970s (see Extraterrestrial Cattle Mutilations - and Secret Intelligence). There is a leak about a human mutilation from the U.S. military in the 1950s. Bill Cooper, in a MUFON speech from the 1980s, mentions a report of downed saucers that contained human body parts. There are a couple of reports of them collecting human bodies during the war in Vietnam. Moreover, we actually have an autopsy report from Brazil - it is quite horrific, using surgical methods unknown to an ordinary murderer or even our doctors at the time. There is a public case that took place in Pennsylvania that was investigated by a retired police officer - and the government will not release the autopsy report. Moreover, there is another case of this having occurred in Britain - again suppressed by the authorities. See Extraterrestrial Cattle Mutilations - and Secret Intelligence for more details on this. And the government knows - the U.S. military tries to keep track of these matters. Here is an interview with the author, Dan Sherman, who had served in the U.S. military:



He began losing his "motivation" for the project when he discovered that the U.S. military was not only tracking abductions but also "residual pain levels" that were on a "scale of 1 to 10." Professor Karla Turner had also mentioned U.S. military involvement in some early abduction cases. There were some doubts from certain personnel within the military who were beginning to think that the program had "gone too far."

It is this aspect which greatly complicates how the U.S. Government (or military) should be public about everything they know about extraterrestrial contacts:

"The aliens [that came] from the Outer Worlds has penetra­ted the society of man since the early history of his ascent.  Lately,  they have taken a special interest in the United States of America. But today, no country on Earth is free from their contamination."

REASON FOR THEIR WITHDRAWAL FROM EARTH

Like the "Friendship Case" in Italy, these human extraterrestrials began a withdrawal from earth in the late 1970s. They had been interacting with certain governments of the earth, and it just did not work out. It would seem that our interest was solely to take scientific knowledge from them. But in particular, they mention an incident which took place in Nevada - U.S. military forces had discovered one of their bases their and issued an ultimatum for their surrender.  There are several other reports of this from other witnesses who had worked in area 51 and S-4 in Nevada, who again state that this took place in the late 70s, and from what I have read it seems to have stemmed from a misunderstanding between the U.S. military and those of the "Outer Worlds."  But this is speculation on my part - but the interesting aspect in these transmissions mentioned this incident completely independent from these other witness accounts.

Following this, Ronald Reagan was elected, and in public speeches started the SDI program and mentioned a hostile extraterrestrial threat in his public speeches, which can be seen in The Extraterrestrial Janos Affair and a HUGE UFO near the Sun.

EXTRATERRESTRIAL BASES ON THE MOON

The transmissions state they withdrew, where did they go?  They moved back to a base on the Moon:

"Many years ago we had great hopes and expectations for  the  planet  Earth,  as  you  well  know.  We  tried many different ideas. We tried to bring peace and make peace on your planet. Fleets of craft were used, underground bases were established in various countries with the permission of the governments involved. Various representatives, including myself, visited Earth for periods of time, to try to establish friendly links between the people and ourselves. It worked for a little while, I must say. But then, unfortunately, all communications were severed and this link between us broke down. Simply because of a misunderstanding of our intentions on the part  of  your  governments...  and  it  seems  that  we came too soon in time. It now seems that we have very little hope of ever bringing peace - total peace to your planet. 

"My Superiors on Koldas and the other Superiors of the Confederation, persevered for a great deal of time until  eventually they had  to admit that there was little hope. So, as you all know, the land bases were withdrawn and we moved back further in space. But we are still keeping a very watchful eye on you.

"Eventually,  moving  even  further  afield  in your Universe we established ourselves on a young, uninhab­ited planet which we called Epicot. From Epicot and from your Moon, where we have a base in the Sea of Tranquil­ity,  very close observations are made and recorded of events on earth.

"No longer are we active on the surface of Earth but our craft are still patrolling the magnetic fields, just beyond your atmosphere: this is our limit.

"We will not - dare not - intervene, nor shall we in any way interfere in matters on Earth. That is,  physic­ally. When I say physically, I mean by our personal presence on your planet. Nor shall any of our craft enter your atmosphere to participate or intervene in any sit­uation whatsoever.

There is actually quite a bit of anomalies to look at on the Moon. So, has anyone seen anything unusual on the Moon? Yes, and there happens to be a few anomalies around the Sea of Tranquility on the Moon. There are whole books on this, but I would like to point out just a few things here. First, from Alien Structure Of UFO Discovered In Moon Crater we have this from crater Tarantius F in the Sea of Tranquility from the NASA Apollo 8 mission (Dec. 21-27, 1968):

This particular shot is very similar to a triangular craft, with a glowing globe above it, that was caught by the Grail satellite orbiting the Moon, which I mentioned in Extraterrestrial Contact from Epsilon Eridani and Emanuel Swedenborg. Again, the author of the video said a later photo put out by NASA had brushed out the triangular object as well as the glowing globe in the shadow of the crater. Later, the account was deleted by Google for "multiple copyright infringements." Which probably means NASA brought the copyright infringement charge against the user.

But that's not all, Guess what? NASA brushed up the photo above and edited it out. You can see the edited out version from NASA's web site here: NASA photo AS08-13-2344. Just in case they take it down, here is a copy:

Perhaps an image glitch, so they edited it out? No, because you can see the original high resolution picture here at as08-13-2344 (HIGH RESOLUTION), which I will again copy here:

Well NASA, what shall we say? Looks like someone found the unedited high resolution image, which was swapped out for a low resolution edited image. Actually former employees have come forth out of NASA complaining how NASA constantly brushes these things out. From Who else could be on the moon?:

A recent revelation that tends to verify George Leonard’s book along with his theories about the bizarre circumstances taking place on the lunar surface is the testimony of NASA employee, Ken Johnston, a Photo Data and Control Mgr. was forced to resign for revealing the truth uncovered during tenure for the Lunar Receiving Laboratory. Johnston charged that NASA has been removing images of artificial structures and objects that were of manufactured origin not of this earth for the last 40 years. He along with another NASA, contractor, Donna Hare, an award winning photo slide specialist, and illustrator. She accused NASA of doctoring and expunging thousands of anomalies in photos taken by NASA astronauts for decades! Johnston’s allegations that there is a moon base that is not being acknowledged by JPL or NASA though they are aware of it cost him his job. For years NASA has indirectly  recognized the existence of unexplained activity under the acronym (TLP) transient lunar phenomena, but that was as far as they would go. We are grateful for the contributions of such pioneers into the release of the truth such as George Leonard for exposing a reality that few of us would ever know of but for his efforts. 

What did George Leonard find? From The Unsolved Enigma of Operation Moon:

Civilian writers also entered the fray with bold new suggestions, perhaps none quite as stunning as author George Leonard's Somebody Else Is On the Moon, the result of an exhaustive analysis of thousands of NASA photographs taken of the lunar surface. Leonard's theory, simply stated, was that the Moon was indeed inhabited by an extra-solar sentient race whose tell-tale signs are readily visible, and which in fact were the reason for the "race to the Moon" of the Sixties. The photos, according to this author, showed fuzzy depictions of colossal alien excavation devices up to five miles in diameter, and other mechanical devices that were allegedly engaged in altering the lunar surface. When interviewed by the defunct SAGA UFO REPORT, Dr. Farouk El-Baz stated that a number of curious, unexplainable objects had indeed been sighted. Foremost among these were the gigantic "spires" which appeared to cast shadows, often miles in length. These strange structures, which were also identified in George Leonard's photographic analysis, are composed of a material entirely different from the lunar rock surrounding them.

So there is plenty to pick from here. But for the Sea of Tranquility on the Moon, a casual search led to this from Aliens found in old photographs NASA. There is something odd going on in crater Bessell in the northern portion of the Sea of Tranquility.  Here is a closeup shot:

Not sure which part of the Moon this is from, but this Apollo 15 photo shows something cylindrical flying over the surface (from 3 Moon Structures Found In Apollo 15 Photos, Dome-Mothership-Tower):

AN EXPLANATION FOR EMANUEL SWEDENBORG'S EXTRATERRESTRIAL CONTACTS?

Late in the 18th century, Emanuel Swedenborg not only explored heaven and hell in his visions, but had a few confirmed detailed clairvoyant experiences, for which see The Confirmed Clairvoyance of Emanuel Swedenborg. But in his work Heavenly Arcana, extracted in Earths in the Universe (found in the work The Final Judgment, as well as The Divine Revelation of the New Jerusalem), he describes extraterrestrials inhabiting other planets of the solar system. Like these modern reports of extraterrestrial contacts, he stated that many of them communicated non-verbally, or telepathically. Moreover, he described how some of them held to the belief in reincarnation - which was also believed by these extraterrestrial contacts from Koldas. Swedenborg states that these past life memories originate from shared memories of spirits that are psychologically interacting with our brain at a spiritual level. These extraterrestrials describe how they can "map" the thought patterns of the brain, and easily uncover these memories, and its probably from that technology they developed such a belief (for a strong case regarding these memories, see The Reincarnation Case of Anne Frank). In past life regressions these memory influences can help uncover the source of one's psychological make-up.

Although he encountered them in the spiritual world, he could not actually see the physical surface of the planet, but there are many accounts which describe them living on the surface, with vegetation and atmosphere. Underground bases - as reported on the Mars and the Moon - or past history where the planet was once inhabited, may explain this.  However these contacts from Koldas have another explanation, where they originate from a parallel Universe, one that interacts with ours. They have stated that parallel with some of the planets of our solar system, there are other planets which are in fact inhabited:

"The Outer Worlds know that by destroying Earth here, they could also deastroy Earth's twin in the anti-world. By destroying Venus here,  they would be destroying Salamia. But Salamia is populated! They do not have the courage to attack Koldas or Salamia in the anti-world; they attack your Venus, your earth and Epicot in your Universe in a sly and underhanded way.

"These are the facts! It may sound far-fetched, but this is why we are here; to look after our interests as well as yours. The strategy of the Outer Worlds is dear. They started with Mars many thousands of years ago. We Martians could have had a peaceful planet.

"The seeds of destruction sown by the Outer Worlds resulted  in  an  all out  nuclear  war,  leaving  only a lifeless hulk! That is how it started in this solar system. Now they are planning the next phase."

This idea, that UFOs that we are seeing today, are originating from another dimension, is a theory proposed by prominent UFO researchers, including Jacques Vallee.  UFOS seem to pop in and out of another dimension. For this see Interdimensional Hypothesis. In the spiritual realm it is hard to actually obtain factual knowledge concerning localities in space and time, so when Swedenborg mentions a particular planet, it is not necessarily the one in our solar system, but one that closely corresponds to it.

SOME INTERESTING EXTRATERRESTRIAL VIEWS

They find us very aggressive, violent and cannot understand the wars on our planet. They have some hope for the good elements of our society. They do not know our complete history - it goes back longer than our current history books tell us.  But when they arrived, they were puzzled at the racial diversity on our planet.  One theory they have is that long ago earth was a "prison planet" - where unwanted elements of their society were exiled to dwell on earth, which may explain the wars on our planet.  They have expressed their disappointment with us - they describe how they shared information with government scientists, who subsequently turned their backs on them. But still they express hope:

""The  readers of your book should not despair and think that this might be the end. By no means! If anything, a stronger bond has been formed between us and the  people  of  Earth.  Although  we  have  now  almost vanished  from your  skies  and our mighty craft are no longer seen, we are still very much present--even more than before! Because our spiritual presence is felt more acutely now than the effect of sighting our craft ever was in the past. Of course, we can only hope that our presence will be felt by more and more people."
"Your readers may marvel and wonder at your writing and many may feel that it is entirely fantasy. But readers should note that we are very much more advanced in time and that the many things we claim in the pages of this book may be attributed to our evolvement to a different  level than that reached by mankind on Earth. If readers ask for proof... there is an abundance of proof. One just has to go looking and one will find evidence.
"There is enough evidence already without adding to it anymore. The fact that your governments reject outright that we exist is one of the greatest proofs!
"We are real and we are what we say we are. We do exist! My friends, what I have been trying to say in so many words is that the Confederation is working whole-heartedly  towards  the  inclusion  of  Earth  within her fold. But it is up to the whole population of the planet to accept us as we are. And we are simply....at peace."

They are willing to share knowledge with us, but that needs to wait until we learn to live together in peace:

""There are many miracles of the Universe we would reveal to you and which we could bring to your doorstep in an instant. We would only be too willing and overjoyed  to  share  them with  you.  But  this  can only come when peace enters  the hearts of all mankind.  In the meantime,  we will  stay in the background, shadows of your past... with a promise for the future, if you will accept us. It is up to you. We have been an influence in the distant  past of your planet and we still try and guide earth along the path to peace; an unseen force in your skies.
"Ghosts of the past; yes, that is what we are now. But in future, we may well be come shining knights in armour coming out of a bright sunlit dawn that will herald a new day, the dawn of a new era on your planet."

They have an agreement with the governments not to intervene. On multiple occasions they have said that acknowledging that they exist would "upset the balance of things":

""We have reached the time now, where we must decide on what is to be done. The Superiors of our planets have carefully examined the planet Earth on many occasions. It was decided that Earth should decide its own future. We do not have the right to intervene in any way whatever. We have kept in contact with our friends on Earth, as they are our followers.
"We do not wish in any way at all to undermine the governments and superiors of your planet. They are your superiors and they make rules and regulations to govern your land and your planet.  It is their right to do so for they know what is best.
"In the past we have negotiated with and contacted them many times, and we have an agreement - not to interfere in any way at all with their policies on your planet.  That  is why,  reading the manuscript of your book, I realise that much misunderstanding will be brought to many people on your planet. If these are presented in the way I assume they shall be - then a better understanding of us will be achieved."

How would they upset the "balance of things"? For one, they can bring a way of life or a society that is not dependent on money - and this just goes against the ingrained value of capitalism in the West. But time is running out: fossil fuels will not last forever. They have said they can provide an alternative form of energy, and once that happens all the wars over energy resources will be unnecessary. Although they have withdrawn, they seem to give hints of an agreement that was reached - that they would cooperate and meet with our governments in space. Perhaps they are helping with a secret space program? Colonization of Mars? This would make sense - continued contact, outside of the public eye for now. Gary McKinnon had hacked into Pentagon computer systems and found evidence of such things, for which the U.S. Government tried to have him extradited.

RELIGIOUS VIEWS OF EXTRATERRESTRIALS?

As I said, they believe in reincarnation. There is a curious reference to the time when "the Divine one walked among their worlds."  Among their worlds there are different ways of worship, but they regard these as different external ways of worship for the same one Divine Being who created all things. Moreover, found this reference which is very similar to New Church theology, where they mention Divine Love and Truth, two principles Swedenborg repeated over and over again throughout his writings:

"The message that I would like to leave with you this evening is, be patient, trust in us, for indeed you will realize that we can see a little further into the future than it is possible for you to do at this present moment. Trust in us and a new way of life, a new path, will be revealed to you, as the ancient prophets did in the past. Their monuments are still there today to  be seen on your planet--the pyramids and the Sphinx.

"Today,  teaching comes  differently. A new method has been found. Continuously, new methods of condition­ing will be used, but those who are prepared to accept this new conditioning of their own free will, will benefit and reap a rich harvest, A harvest -- not of riches in money or goods -- but of understanding, light, truth, and a nearness to the Divine One. This will be a great uplifting for all of you.

"I do hope that I shall see this come about during the  rest  of  my  life...  I hope  that  earth will  one day  join us of her own free will. "This  is  a dream of mine.  Other  Superiors have governed Koldas, who have lived to the age of an equivalent of 250 Earth years. They enjoyed the full benefits of life as I do. I have no ailments and that is as it should be,  and  that is how it will be for those who share our life philosophy. We are the instruments for the Divine Love and Truth to manifest through. We are not Gods. Never think of us as such! There is one Divine Creator of all the heavens that you can see, and that we can see, and what lies beyond that again..."

The Extraterrestrial Janos Affair and a HUGE UFO near the Sun

In June of 1978, an English family was abducted by a flying saucer piloted by Nordic humans who claimed to have originated from a faraway planet that they called JANOS.  The planet itself was destroyed by a moon that had a decayed orbit. Before the disaster, they had begun searching the universe for an alternative home, and began building a huge mother spaceship in which to evacuate the population. Unfortunately not all the population could be evacuated before the moon started to break up, and many of their people were killed. They claimed that long ago they had originated from our own earth. This I described earlier in the blog post Stephen Hawking and the Extraterrestrial Janos Affair.

One thing they stressed, is that they came in friendship and peace, and had no intention of making war. They said, quote:

'There must be no war: we do not want to cause any trouble.' 

'We have suffered too much sadness and sorrow; we cannot fight more wars. We would rather die in space.'

They were seeking a home to live, as they could not live in space forever. Soon after this, Ronald Reagan was elected as President of the United States. Reagan, who was intent on ending the threat of nuclear war with the Soviet Union, began giving public speeches in which he mentioned an "extraterretrial threat" which threatened the entire planet:


Was Reagan making up this "extraterrestrial threat"?  Or did the U.S. military become aware of something that scared the living daylights out of them?  UFOs had been seen and were investigated by the military (despite their public denials) since the explosion of the atomic bomb in 1945. What had changed? In addition to this, Reagan then also began to push to have billions of dollars spent on a "Star Wars" defense initiative, which ostensibly was designed to protect the U.S. from a nuclear attack from the Soviet Union. However, others have said that the "Star Wars" defense initiative had nothing to do with intercepting nuclear weapons, but rather it was designed to protect earth from an extraterrestrial threat. In the UFO community, the SDI system was viewed as a system set up to destroy not Soviet missiles as Reagan was claiming, but to protect earth from a perceived alien invasion. The "alien invasion" remarks that Reagan made after his 1983 announcement of the SDI program, was heralded as further proof that the alien/SDI hypothesis was correct....The alien/SDI speculation has also augmented by a group of witnesses who declared that SDI type weapon systems, both land and space based, were being used to track and target extraterrestrial vehicles as the approach earth. These witnesses include:

• In a June 1995 Bay Area Lecture Dr. Steven Greer announces information leaked to him from the North American Air Defense Command in Colorado shows that the Air Force tracks an average of 500 "fastwalkers" (term used for UFOs) entering the earth atmosphere every year.

• New York Times Pulitzer prize winning author Howard Blum reports that NORAD deep-space radars track many UFOs.

• Two Aerospace engineers working on the AeroJet’s DSP spy satellite claim UFOs are detected coming from deep space two or three times a month.

• Author Whitley Strieber, in his book Breakthrough, stated that he had seen part of a document which revealed that the EG&G Corporation is involved in developing defense weapons against extraterrestrials.

• Two further sources have told Greer that rogue units within Unacknowledged Special Access Programs, have directed black budget funds to develop SDI weapons to down UFOs. Further the sources have stated that they have been successful in shoot downs.

...Dr. Steve Greer, as part of his Project Starlight, came across a top level former aerospace executive who claimed that the design of "Star Wars" was to fight aliens rather than Russians. Dr. Greer mentioned him, as one of the 100+ witnesses who would be testifying as part of his proposed disclosure video.
This international team working intensely on the disclosure process has been recently joined by a former senior aerospace executive - a person who has been aware since the 1970's that the Ballistic Missile Defense Program would be used to target extraterrestrial objects in space - even though there is no evidence of any credible threat from these craft.

See also The Secret UFO War. So why are they coming and going?  The former Canadian Defense Minister, Paul Hellyer, has recently come out in the public and given multiple speeches and interviews to say that they are here.  From Canada's ex-defense minister: Aliens would give us more tech if we'd stop wars:

In an interview with Russia Today, Hellyer explained (as if it was obvious): "Of course, there's been a lot more activity in the last few decades."
The reason for this, he said, was that man was stupid enough to invent the atomic bomb. Aliens are frightened that we're going to use it again (and again) and that this will affect the whole balance of the cosmos.
Ergo, each visit seems to have symbolized: "What the hell are they doing in that insane asylum today?"
Hellyer suggested that there are Edward Snowden-style whistleblowers who have already revealed government knowledge of alien visits. "It doesn't take long to get your hands on it," he said.

And why are they so secretive? Hellyer continued:

In previous pronouncements , Hellyer has insisted that aliens know how to make us greener.
The aliens would, it seems, like to teach us better ways to live. Hellyer believes, though, that they are waiting for our consent. Moreover, they're scared that if they revealed themselves we'd throw a conniption.

In light of the U.S. military (and CIA, and NSA...) in dealing with this situation, especially under Reagan, their fears are well founded. Is it a coincidence that the Janos people spoke of not coming to make war in 1978, long before Reagan was elected and started to speak of an "extraterrestrial threat"? Or is it possible that the "Star Wars" defense initiative was in response to the U.S. Military becoming aware of the Janos people? Is this why contact was made in 1978 before Reagan was elected, to tell people that they did not come to make war?

EMANUEL SWEDENBORG AND THE EXTRATERRESTRIALS OF MERCURY

One interesting aspect of the Janos people is that earlier contacts may be described in Greek and Roman myths, specifically concerning the two faced Roman god Janus, which has a name close to their planet name Janos. The Roman god Janus has similarities to the god Mercury, which corresponds to the Greek God Hermes. And statues of Hermes have been found that are two faced similar to the Roman god Janus. When I did the research for that, it reminded me of something: in the 18th century, a scientist known as Emanuel Swedenborg encountered an extraterrestrial human race which he thought inhabited the planet Mercury. Anyone who reads this will think that it is highly unlikely: the surface of Mercury is just too hot. Was Swedenborg wrong? And yet he seems quite accurate in his other visions: see The Confirmed Clairvoyance of Emanuel Swedenborg. All I could find unusual on the surface of Mercury was this odd rectangular shape which others have noted, but to me it looks like something that was "blacked out" by NASA on the photograph (by someone who was forced to do it and decided to be obvious about it) - see Swedenborg and the Extraterrestrial UFO Phenomenon.

Like the Janos people, Swedenborg stated that the extraterrestrials of Mercury, more than any other race, like to travel from solar system to solar system, to gather knowledge:

The spirits of Mercury, above all others, possess knowledge both of this solar system, and of the earths beyond this in the starry heaven; and what they have once acquired they retain, and also recall, as often as any like thing occurs. (Heavenly Arcana, n. 6812) 

The spirits of the earth Mercury do not tarry long in one place, or in the sphere of the spirits of one world, but wander through the universe. ...Hence it is given them to wander, and everywhere to acquire to themselves knowledge. During this journeying if they meet with spirits who love material, that is, corporeal and earthly things, they shun them, and betake themselves where such things are not heard. (Heavenly Arcana, n. 6925)

Like the Janos people, they know that there are many other planets that are inhabited:

They said that in the universe there are very many earths inhabited by men, and that they wondered that it should be supposed by any, whom they called men of little judgment, that the heaven of the omnipotent God consists only of the spirits and angels who come from one earth, when yet these are so few that in respect to the omnipotence of God they are scarce anything, even if there were myriads of worlds and myriads of earths. They further said that they knew of earths existing in the universe numbering more than hundreds of thousands; yet what is this to the Divine, Which is infinite? (Heavenly Arcana, n. 6927)

Although Swedenborg encountered them in the spiritual world, what people do in the spiritual world will mirror what they did in their earthly life. Whereas Swedenborg attributed their wandering from solar system to solar system to gather knowledge, for a long time the Janos people were forced into exploring the cosmos due to the impending disaster on their home world.

The nomadic nature of the extraterrestrials of Mercury and the Janos people is one thing, but what about their appearance? Swedenborg was shown what the extraterrestrials of Mercury looked like:

Some time after there was shown me a woman of the inhabitants of the earth Mercury; she had a beautiful face, but it was smaller than that of a woman of our earth; her shape also was more slender, but her height was the same; she wore on her head a linen cap, put on without art, yet becomingly. A man also was seen from that earth, who likewise was more slender in body than the men of our earth; he was clad in a garment of dark blue, closely fitted to his body, without any puffs or folds. (Heavenly Arcana, n. 7175)

So, what did the Janos people look like on the flying saucer according to the witnesses who were abducted? Here is a description from the book, The Janos People:

All the people seen in the spaceship, and all those seen in films of the planet, were without exception of the Nordic European type - very fair-skinned, with light blue eyes and yellow-blond hair. The men averaged around six feet in height, and were of slim build. The women were smaller, about five foot four to five foot six, and of slight build, with a light slender body, small breasts and slim hips; it is possible that a majority of the women seen were quite young, and this is the impression they made on our witnesses, though they may not have been as young as they appeared...

Although the adults had trouble with their memories of the event, one of the daughters, Natasha, had a clear memory and spoke about what they looked like:

Although at that stage Natasha found these dreams worrying, she later became clearer and much happier about the whole experience; by the time I questioned her, she was entirely normal in her reactions to the spaceship people, and was not in the least 'put off' by her recollections of them. On one later occasion, when she happened to enter the bathroom where her mother was shampooing her hair, and (upon advice) had covered her hair with aluminium kitchen foil to prevent it drying too quickly, Natasha laughed and said:"Mummy, you look just like one of the spaceship people" (many of them wore a close-fitting silver helmet, continuous with the suit, which covered the head entirely, coming up under the chin, showing only the face - the kind known as a 'balaclava' helmet).

The close fitting garment is also described later:

In the spaceship, the fifty-odd crew members seen were all in uniform, which was the same for men and women. Basically, this consisted of a one-piece close-fitting garment covering the whole body, in a fabric faced with gleaming metallic silver, but quite supple and flexible. 

Note how Swedenborg stated that those of Mercury wore tight fitting clothing, and the women wore a "linen cap." Here is the clothing someone made based on the descriptions of the book The Janos People: - showing the tight fitting clothing, with the cap that goes over the head:

IS THIS THE PLANET MERCURY OR SOMETHING ELSE?

Let us suppose for a moment, that when Swedenborg encountered extraterrestrials from the planet Mercury, that they were not from Mercury, but from something else close to the Sun. That they were definitely originating from somewhere close to the Sun he saw in his visions:

They were asked also concerning the sun of our world, how it appears from their earth. They said that it appears large, larger there than when seen from other earths, and that they know this from the idea of other spirits concerning the sun. (Heavenly Arcana, n. 7177)

The accounts of extraterrestrials Swedenborg initially published in Heavenly Arcana he later republished in a smaller volume entitled, Earths in the Universe. When he rewrote the account for Mercury, he changed the wording slightly. Here is the wording from Heavenly Arcana:

Once they came to me and inquired into what was in my memory — as spirits can do with the utmost skill; for when they come to man, they see in his memory every thing which the man knows.  (Heavenly Arcana, n. 6809)

In the case of the Janos affair, as with other extraterrestrial abductions, they showed a technological skill of not only selectively erasing memories, but planting false memories as well. Now here is the same passage, rewritten in Earths of the Universe:

Some spirits came to me, and I was told from heaven that they were from the earth nearest the sun, which in our earth is called the planet Mercury. They began as soon as they came to explore my memory in search of all that I knew — which spirits can do most dexterously, as when they come to a man, they see in his memory everything there is in it. (Earths in the Universe, n. 11)

In other words, Swedenborg was shown that they come from the "earth" closest to our Sun, and concluded it was what we call the planet Mercury. Now, was it actually an "earth" - or was it something else? Swedenborg saw that when they travel between solar systems, they do so by forming a large "globe":

The spirits of that earth go in companies and bands, and when assembled together, form as it were a globe; they are thus joined together by the Lord in order that they may act as one, and that the knowledges of each may be communicated to all, and of all to each. That those spirits wander through the universe to acquire knowledges of things, was made evident to me also from this, that once when they appeared very remote from me, they talked with me thence, and said that they were then gathered together and were journeying out of the sphere of this solar world into the starry heaven, where they knew there were spirits who had no concern about what is earthly and corporeal, but about what is abstracted therefrom, and that they wished to be with them. (Heavenly Arcana, n. 6926)

The spirits of Mercury appeared at the left in the form of a globe, and next in a mass extending in length; and I wondered whither they would go, whether to this earth or elsewhere (Heavenly Arcana, n. 7170)

The witnesses involved in the Janos affair were shown a video showing the destruction of their home world Janos by the Moon which had begun to gradually fall towards the planet in a decaying orbit. As they had known about this in advance, they planned ahead - a plan was put in place to evacuate the population of the entire planet. And of course, if you are going to evacuate the population of an entire planet, you are going to need something very, very big to hold them all. And indeed, that is what was shown in a video to the abductees:

They saw the immense ring-shaped ship, which was built in space, with many lesser saucer ships, to evacuate the population and take them to another world.

...Like everyone else with long warning of the need for action, they ran it a little too long; and the rain of great rocks began before they quite expected it. They were almost ready: out in orbit, above the fragmenting moon, the great fleet lay in its gravitational anchorage, a host of mighty ships, clustered about one really stupendous ring-shaped flagship, a veritable city in space, capable between them of taking in the entire population of Janos, many millions in number, and provisioned and ready for a long interstellar voyage. They had already picked out their destination.

The shape of it was not exactly clear:

It is of really stupendous size, and appeared to be in the form of a ring; but because Frances saw the ring edge on, she could not tell whether it was filled in as a disc, or whether it was just an open annulus. Set around the outer rim, in a circular pattern, were many huge entry ports for spaceships to come and go.

Their destination? Earth. Anything like that seen by our astronomers in our solar system? Yes. In the 19th century, reliable astronomers had made accurate sightings of a body in a closer orbit to the Sun than Mercury, which was dubbed "Planet Vulcan." But it would occasionally appear, only to disappear later, until the whole idea was discounted when the perturbations of Mercury's orbit was explained by other factors. Perhaps this was the origin of Gene Roddenberry's Vulcan race in his series Star Trek.

SIGHTINGS OF A HUGE UFO NEAR THE SUN

And now we come to the point which probably shook up the U.S. military, and why they scrambled to spend billions to create a defensive shield around the planet during the administration of Ronald Reagan. In March of 2012, a giant UFO was caught on video sucking material from the Sun, which was there for several days. Note that as the Sun rotates, the object stays STATIONARY.  The mainstream media is calling this a "solar flare", which it is not. What is it? I don't know, but it is huge, it has a cooler temperature signature, and strong enough to resist the gravitational pull of the Sun. So what is the current scientific theory for all of this?  Scientists speculate that it is a "solar prominence." From Solar prominence:

A prominence is a large, bright, gaseous feature extending outward from the Sun's surface, often in a loop shape. Prominences are anchored to the Sun's surface in the photosphere, and extend outwards into the Sun's corona. While the corona consists of extremely hot ionized gases, known as plasma, which do not emit much visible light, prominences contain much cooler plasma, similar in composition to that of the chromosphere. The prominence plasma is typically a hundred times cooler and denser than the coronal plasma. A prominence forms over timescales of about a day, and prominences may persist in the corona for several weeks or months. Some prominences break apart and may then give rise to coronal mass ejections. Scientists are currently researching how and why prominences are formed.

However this explanation falls short to explain away the videos, and is merely a cover story. Here is an assessment of the solar prominence theory from NASA Video of UFO Near Sun:

Yet there are questions about this explanation. If you look at the hundreds of images of solar prominences available here, you will find exceedingly few that look anything like this phenomenon (other than images of this particular event). And a funnel retaining its shape for days is far outside of normal for a solar prominence, though some claim it might be what's called a "filament channel." Yet look at these images and videos of filament channels. Not very convincing.

Is it a solar flare phenomenon? No, that does not work either. Solar flares are short bursts, and this vortex around the Sun lasts for a long time:

If you research Sun activity, you will see that this cannot possibly be a solar flare, as they generally last only a few seconds to an hour. The longest solar flare ever recorded was 22 hours and 48 minutes. Yet the funnel-looking object in these videos lasts well over 48 hours.

Now check out this video where a globe appears next to sun, reflecting light off off its surface, showing concentric rings in its structure - similar to what was described concerning the mothership of Janos. It was caught by SOHO in June of 2013:


Not sure if this is the same thing, but a large UFO is seen moving rapidly away from the Sun in June of 2013, again from SOHO (starting after 30 seconds):


And this from 2007 - a large sphere moves in towards the Sun, which then experiences a solar eruption, and then moves away. Its not a comet, there is no tail, and its moving a lot faster. Again, this spherical object is HUGE...

SUMMARY CONCLUSION

There are hints that the extraterrestrial Janos people that were encountered in 1978 may be the same as a certain group of extraterrestrials that Emanuel Swedenborg encountered in his visions in the 18th century, which he associated with the planet Mercury. We have reliable sightings of a large object that occasionally comes in very close to the Sun, which is obviously not a planet or comet. Soon after the Janos encounter, in which they stressed they did not want to cause a war, Ronald Reagan announces the "Star Wars" defense initiative and starts to talk about an "extraterrestrial threat." We see a large globe periodically appearing close to the Sun; and of course in Star Wars we have this large artificial spaceship serving as a planet named the "Death Star"...to think that this is not science fiction just boggles the mind. This is perhaps another confirmation of Swedenborg's visions concerning extraterretrials, for another see Extraterrestrial Contact from Epsilon Eridani and Emanuel Swedenborg.

Here is a song called Running to the Sea by Röyksopp featuring Susanne Sundfør, which reminds me of the Janos people:
