I...Thank you Doug Webber for the review of my book. It is a work of what may be called “theistic psychology”. The connecting link between Jung and Swedenborg is the idea that <br /><br />psychic world = spiritual world. <br /><br />And my book tries to argue a third identity: <br /><br />psychic world = spiritual world = mental world <br /><br />This equation leads us to the awesome conclusion that we are born into the afterlife world of eternity because we are mental beings (spirit=mind). Swedenborg shows that we have an immortal spirit body that operates our mind. There is no mental activity possible in the physical brain. So we are not on earth in the physical body. We are in mental eternity with the spirit body but we receive sensory input from the physical body. This leads to the existential illusion that we are on earth.
